Project by TG Studio
Architect/Designer: Thomas Griem

This luxurious three bedroom penthouse is located in the west tower of a famous London landmark – St Pancras chambers. Arran Patel, the client, hired TG-Studio to transform this three-storey apartment into a lavish home.
The interiors of the apartment are listed by English Heritage as very significant, therefore, not much could be changed. Nevertheless, the staircases, partitioning and balustrading were replaced wherever possible.
The stone finishes in the bathroom along with the textile oak present throughout the entire penthouse
Arran let TG-Studio to design and furnish the whole apartment according to their desire. The top floor is occupied by the master bedroom, which now has a separate walk in wardrobe made of oak wood. What makes the whole place feel more earthy is the travertine stone located in the master bedroom, the stone finishes in the bathroom along with the textile oak present throughout the entire penthouse.
The middle floor measures 800 sqft and is now a large seating area with a pool table. The lower floor encompasses a comfortable kitchen, dining area and a TV room. This open plan space is mostly white because of the Arrabascato stone. From there, the apartment gives access to two other bedrooms.
The middle and lower floor are connected by the new staircase, featuring oak veneer, plain glass and white wooden stringers
The two en suite bathrooms, finished in Arrabascato marble, are located in the two gothic towers, giving them exceptional views. The middle and lower floor are connected by the new staircase, featuring oak veneer, plain glass and white wooden stringers. The staircase also includes a bridge that leads to the so-called library, which forms a balustrade and provides storage for many books and collectables.
