This unique and extremely beautiful axe was designed by Zak Fellman – HVRNT.
The Hudson Bay style axe was used and traded by the french fur traders or “Hivernants” in their dealings with Native Americans. Sized to carry easily but still possessing enough punch to get through most jobs. This design is hand-drawn, wood-burned and painted on a brand-new Council Tool Velvicut premium Hudson Bay Axe. These are high-quality axes made right here in the USA.
A one-of-a-kind work of art. No two are exactly alike. Each design is hand drawn and then “tatooed” with a wood-burning pen onto the hatchet handle.
